NINA BEAN PATIENT NAVIGATION AND SURVIVOR SERVICES PROGRAM A cancer diagnosis brings many challenges. In addition to learning how to manage your disease and the effects of treatment, you may suddenly be faced with overwhelming physical, emotional, financial, and practical issues. Just getting through the healthcare system can seem impossible at times. We believe that people affected by cancer deserve support during this difficult time, not added stress.
Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you would like to make an appointment to meet with the Patient Navigator to discuss your specific needs, please call 505-277-9882 or stop by the Patient Navigation office (next to the playroom). Patient referrals to Casa Esperanza’s Nina Bean Patient Navigation Program can be made using the referral form. Below are links to some online resources. To view these documents, you will need to have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine.
For additional information, please contact at 505-277-9882 or by email.”
