CASA ESPERANZA “GIVE HOPE A RIDE” RACE CAR RIDE RULES 2008

How to Participate: Donors of any motor vehicle in the months of July and August, 2008 are automatically registered to win. Anyone else may enter by completing an on-line entry form on this page.

Entries must be received by Sunday, August 31, 2008 by midnight Mountain Daylight Time.

You must be a legal resident of the United States, 18 years or older to participate. Certain restrictions apply. Only one entry per household. There is no purchase/consideration necessary to enter. Casa Esperanza and the Casa Esperanza Foundation are not responsible for entries that are late, or misdirected.

Draw for Winner: One winner will be randomly drawn from all entries (as specified above) The odds of becoming a winner are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest promotion. Drawing will be held September 6, 2008 at the Hollywood Raceway with winner receiving race car ride on September 13, 2008 including a VIP suite and 20 tickets for their friends/family.

One GRAND PRIZE: The winner will receive Four tickets to the Hollywood Raceway on selected race day to ride in the Casa Esperanza sponsored race car at the Hollywood Raceway before the end of the 2008 racing season. Prize will be honored only if the Casa Esperanza car is still running. Drawing for winner will be held at the Raceway on Sept 6, 2008. For winning results contact Sandy Breeding at Casa Esperanza Foundation, 505-277-2066. Final arrangements for collection of prize will be determined at that time. Winner may transfer race car ride to anyone they choose as long as that person meets the general eligibility requirements outlined in these rules. Prize winner/rider in the car will be required to sign a release prior to the race indemnifying Casa Esperanza, Casa Esperanza Foundation, its Board of Directors, staff and any affiliated organization or agency. An unclaimed prize will be forfeited.

Eligibility: Winner must by 18 years of age or older. Contest is open to US residents only. Employees and volunteers for Casa Esperanza, Casa Esperanza Foundation and any of their agencies are not eligible to win.

Liability: Casa Esperanza, Casa Esperanza Foundation, its affiliated companies and organizations, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for typographical errors in any printed materials relating to the contest.

All decisions made by the management of Casa Esperanza Foundation are final.
